The design of this house was meant for two. The idea of simple spaces but spacious with functions such as: living room, kitchen, guest room, master bedroom, studio and swimming pool. Almost from every corner of the house is possible to contemplate the panoramic view to the ocean.

The entrance is located towards the north, aside from the sea. A flat roof at the entrace guides the user to the main entrance.
The facade facing south is the one that brings together all the space within the house. The double height in the social area creates a simple geometry where natural light is the main changing factor in every room.
In the lowest level is the pool hence a clear view to the ocean is possible from everywhere in the house. From the pool and during the day the curtain wall will reflect the landscape surrounding the house.
