Design Method
The design is based on parametrical design based on the surrounding context. The reflection of the urban tissue creates the main volume of the building. The extension of the urban tissue concluded on lines, motion and noise that leaded to the main concept. The urban tissue considered was the 10 blocks around the site; they are merged into a single terrain. The tectonic was transformed based on the m2 needed for the building.
FACADE
The facade was thought to follow random openings, in order to unite the building to its interior. From the outdoor space, it is possible to understand the interior space, narrow openings indicate privacy while the wider ones let the outsider visitor to explore the interiors, indicating social spaces. The openings were covered with aluminium louvers for greater control of natural light.
